How to Share A Slide Presentation Using SlideShare: "Expertise Management Systems"

By Dennis D. McDonald

I read today on TechCrunch about SlideShare, a web based service that enables you to share PowerPoint and other types of slide presentations.

To test it out I applied for and received a SlideShare membership, I uploaded a recent slide presentation (Expertise Management Systems), and within ten minutes I had a working version and URL to share.

To see a “YouTube-like” example how it is possible to embed code in a blog page to display a presentation using SlideShare, go to this page and play the Flash file:

Arg!
Those links won't work for people who aren't in the beta. (We're working hard to get it ready for public consumption).

An embed WOULD work though.
