AL Franken's LIES AND THE LYING LIARS WHO TELL THEM

This book is hilarious. Franken makes mincemeat of his "enemies" on the political right, but through it all what emerges is someone with a serious belief in American patriotism and truth.

It helps that Franken is a comedian. He can make you laugh even when painting a picture of political duplicity. I especially enjoy his comments on how Fox helped this book to reach Best Seller status through their "O'Reilly" lawsuit. I also wish I could see some of his USO tour shows. They must be a scream.
